Pics Of You

Other than contacting DZP and letting us know who you are and your riding number….. PLEASE read on….

1. Make sure I am on the track when you want to ride.

2. Be at the same race or practice DZP is at, (we try to post where we will be but sometime it is not possible).

3. If you see me standing close to the track, like a corner or on a jump, this means I have a Wide Angle lens on the camera, and I want to take a picture as close to the rider as possible (without getting hit). So this means that I will not snap the picture if you take the far outside of a turn, or on the other side of a jump, because you are to far away.

4. If you notice I am standing far away from the track, this means I have the telephoto lens on.

5. If you are close behind another rider, I will usually get the guy/gal in front, and can’t get you. If you are still behind that rider next time you come around the track, and if I remember I already got the first guy, I will then snap a shot of you.

6. Usually if there are a lot of riders bunched up coming up to me, I back off and don’t take any, for safety reasons. To many chances someone will get pushed off the track and run me over… :(

7. A lot of the time, I don’t look through the view finder when I have the wide angle lens on, one for safety reasons (can’t judge really how close someone is to me, and I don’t want to get hit), so I follow the rider with the camera and snap the picture. Some of these come out a bit blurry and I don’t post the real blurry ones, so if you noticed that I did take your picture, but don’t find it posted, it is because the pic did not turn out.

See you at the track!!
