Jordan Swingle #161 is continuing to recover well!! Went for
his first Doctor’s visit since being released from the hospital
today. He needs to wear a brace on his back for around 3 months
for the vertebrae to heal properly and will be having a series
of CT scans of his brain to monitor the swelling and area where
he had the bleed. Please feel free to call, visit or text him,as
he needs the stimulation to help with his continued recovery.

Jordan Swingle # 161 is home!!! He is looking forward to seeing all
his great friends! Even though you are all fierce competitors, at the
end of the day win or loose, you are all supportive of each other.
I will continue to update you on Jordan’s progress. Thank you all
for the nice comments on the DZP Blog and the many prayers that were
said. Thank you to DZP for such a wonderful forum that allows us to
communicate with one another!!To Shelly thank you for the magnificent
photos you provide us with weekly. You capture moments of our children
that we will all treasure for the rest of our lives. With all that has
gone on I have forgotten to thank a person who was at the track and
provided expert assistance after the accident. He was an off duty
paramedic who without his, Greg Ditzian and Peter Lloyd’s help Jordan’s
condition may have deteriorated quickly. If I left anyone else out who
assisted out on the track please forgive me. The frightening nature of
this incident didn’t give me much time to notice who else was around.
If you were also out there and assisted, myself and my family want to
thank you.
